Tránsito Feria de Jerez is part of the photographic research I have been developing over the years, conceived as a vital and artistic project about inhabited spaces.
On this occasion, the fair becomes both the setting and the sensitive material of a gaze that does not seek to freeze the image, but to capture the essence of the moment—where movement, sound, and atmosphere can be felt. Here, time and space intensify within a festive environment that approaches abstraction, blending light, color, and rhythm into an almost painterly texture.
The series also incorporates a collaboration with local artist Willie Márquez, whose calligraphic intervention adds a poetic layer to the visual dialogue. The result is a collective choreography of ethereal figures that, among horses, flowers, and dance, celebrates the shared energy of tradition in a fleeting instant.
